The agents who used to track investments must now shift their focus to seeking out new investors or persuading existing ones to invest in new projects.

The problem
The problem
I believe the problem of the lack of investments doesn't stem from the projects being uninteresting or unprofitable, nor from agents selling them poorly.
The issue lies in agents being limited to offering only 30-minute meetings to each possible investor. Even if these meetings are periodic, they occur within a short span of time. This prevents investors from having the necessary time to fully consider a possible investment or to build their interest and trust in the project.

After identifying that the major problem within Alto was the lack of communication channel that didn't rely entirely on the agents, I decided to offer them a new platform where investors could actively search for investment opportunities and customize their payment plans according to their needs.
